Over the weekend, monitoring showed that the problem had been resolved for almost all customers. Some customers are still experiencing issues, but the remaining impact is very minor. The issues will be fully resolved by Wednesday. In the meantime, we are monitoring everything carefully. The reason why the issues arose is known, but the underlying cause is still being investigated. If you have any issues that require immediate attention, please contact our customer service desk. This case is being closed because the situation is under control.

The cause of the performance problems was found and a fix was started, but has not fully been processed for all customers. The expectation is that the issue will be fully solved within the next hour.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue affecting APN connection requests.
Research shows that only new APN connection requests are being rejected, and that existing connections are not affected by the performance issues. The technical team is currently investigating the root cause and exact impact. Measures already taken are reducing the impact. A further update will follow.
