Within the new KPN core network, the HLR/HSS will be replaced by a new one. The replacement requires a migration of all KPN connections. This will be done in 25 batches spread over a period from the 17th of March till the 5th of June.
During each migration, SIM management such as activation, deactivation, and Comm Plan changes in Cisco Control Center (CCC) and the Things Portal are not performed directly, but buffered. After each migration , these actions are still carried out. This also applies to automation rules and API calls. This buffering affects everyone, also when your SIMs are not migrated in this batch. When your SIMs will be migrated will be communicated is a personal email 10 days upfront.
A migration always starts at 22:00 (CET) but may end earlier.
