Following the successful offload of the Arnhem nodes, services have remained stable. Ongoing monitoring confirms normal network behavior, with no recurrence of the previously observed issues.
For a limited number of customers, some residual issues are still being reported. These are not related to this incident and are being investigated separately in direct coordination with the affected customers to ensure appropriate follow‑up and resolution.
We will continue to monitor the network closely to safeguard ongoing service stability. This incident will now be closed.

Identified
Service Disruption – Data Session Update
Our monitoring indicates that the disruption started on the 11th of May at approximately 02:00 CEST. The root cause of the issue is located in the Arnhem nodes. The incident impacts the establishment of new data sessions, which may result in connectivity issues. Existing data sessions for which the downlink is already functioning are not affected by this disruption and will remain active.
Current Status and Resolution To resolve the issue, the following approach has been initiated:
Around 18:00 CEST, a passive offload of the Arnhem PCG nodes was started. Around 19:00 CEST, an active offload will follow to fully stabilize the situation.
During these activities, there may be a brief service interruption. Workaround As a workaround, we recommend restarting the device so that a new data session is established. This should restore the connection.

Investigating
Since 16:00 we have been experiencing a significant disruption in downlinks over cg-nat connections. New data sessions might have issues sending downlinks.
Because of this, the emergency maintenance planned for the upcoming night (active offload) has been cancelled and a new date will be planned.
