From 17:00 - 19:30 on March 30th customers experienced Cisco Control Center login issues and/or failures while initiating provisioning requests via the Cisco Control Center Gui and Api. Cisco has observed multiple servers of Cisco Control Center entering a down state. Cisco has done an emergency failover and reboot.
The issues are solved and customers confirmed that issues are solved
